From small discs for steps, staddle stones and table centres, up to large structural rounds and whole trunk sections for traditional and timber-frame building. Green
Cut fresh, green rounds are easier to carve and work, but they will check and crack as they dry. For many people that character is the whole point.
Seasoned
More stable and ready to finish. Bigger diameters take time to dry, so order ahead if you need a large round seasoned rather than green.
