We want you to be happy with anything you buy from Exe Valley Oak. This policy covers pieces bought through the shop. Timber sold by enquiry is handled directly, with terms agreed for each order.

Made to order

Our chopping boards and knife handles are made to order and each one is unique, so they are exempt from the standard 14 day change of mind cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please choose your size carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, email us first and we will help.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@exevalleyoak.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will put it right with a repair, a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

Natural timber

These are solid pieces of natural wood. Variation in grain, colour, small knots and movement is part of the material and is not a fault. Sizes are approximate and each piece is finished by hand.
