These terms cover purchases from the Exe Valley Oak shop. Please read them before ordering; by placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Our products

Everything is solid, natural timber. Grain, colour, knots and small movement vary from piece to piece and are part of the wood, not a fault. Photographs are a guide; a made to order piece will be its own. Sizes are approximate.

Orders and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely by card at checkout. Made to order items are put in hand once payment clears; please allow around 2 to 3 weeks.

Delivery

Free UK delivery is included on shop items. Larger timber and specialist pieces are sold by enquiry, with carriage quoted for your address.

Cancellations and returns

See our Refund and Returns Policy. In short, made to order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, but anything faulty or damaged will be put right.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
